About Me

My husband I will be celebrating our 20th anniversary in November. We have two kids. One has graduated high school and was part of the Early College Program so upon high school graduation she graduated with her associates degree. Our youngest attends Fairmont Jr High as an eight grader. My husband and I both became educators after he was discharged from the military. I never saw myself as an educator. However, after mentoring the group of girls at Edison and substitute teaching here at DPISD I fell in love with the “OH MY GOSH I GET IT” look and sound from students. Watch them discover their potential and watching them succeed their own expectations has been life changing. I look forward to this year and observing your students experience that same growth.
