A Little Bit About Me...
>>My name is Angela Nelson. I graduated from Deer Park High School and went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Houston Baptist University. I received a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas Arlington.
>>In my spare time whenever I am not at school, I love to watch football and baseball (Go Texans! Go Astros!), go to concerts, and spend time with my family, friends, and my adorable cat named Grizzly.
>>I began my teaching career at Fairmont Elementary. This is the start of my 12th year of teaching and my fifth year at BJH. I have absolutely loved my time at Bonnette, and I am looking forward to another amazing year in 8th Grade.
>>My classroom can be described as authentic, open, engaging, and respectful. As a class, we will work to build a safe and respectful community in which all students feel seen, heard, and appreciated.
